Thank you for supporting Joy Afro. Every order means the world to me, and I work with intention to make sure your products arrive safely, beautifully, and on time. Please review the shipping details below.
Processing Time
Shipped via: Printify’s partnered carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx depending on provider)
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after production
Tracking is automatically provided to you once shipped.
Because different items are fulfilled in different locations:
Posters and books are shipped directly by Joy Afro. All other products are fulfilled by Printify.
Books and posters are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
You may receive separate packages if your order contains multiple product types.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or the platform where you placed your order (Squarespace or TikTok Shop).
If you don’t receive tracking information after 5 business days, please reach out.
Printify Orders:If your mug, notebooks, lamps or sticker arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact me and I will work with Printify in accordance with their fulfillment policy.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping: At this time, Joy Afro ships within the United States only. However, my book The Art of Becoming is available worldwide through Amazon. Additionally our partner Printify does offer international shipping, but this currently applies only to select products such as mugs, stickers, lamps, and notebooks.
Tracking:Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Additional Shipping Notes
Once your order is with the shipping carrier, delivery times are unfortunately out of my hands. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking info first, then with your local post office, and don't hesitate to contact me for help.
While I pour my heart and soul into every order, once a package is in the shipping carrier’s possession, delivery timelines and transit issues are handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed or goes missing, I’m always happy to help guide you through the next steps and work with the carrier when possible.
